The excellent performance of high shear mixers comes from scientific and precise structural design. The whole equipment is mainly composed of five core parts: high-precision rotor-stator working head, high-power drive motor, speed regulation system, sealing assembly, and material circulation tank. Among them, the rotor-stator working head is the core component that determines the shearing efficiency and processing effect, known as the "heart" of the high shear mixer.
The rotor is made of high-strength wear-resistant stainless steel, with optimized blade structure design, which can realize high-speed stable operation and generate strong suction and shear power. The stator is equipped with different types of mesh holes and tooth structures. According to different processing material characteristics and process requirements, the stator can be replaced flexibly, including fine mesh, coarse mesh, straight tooth, oblique tooth and other specifications, to adapt to emulsification, dispersion, crushing, homogenization and other different processing scenarios. The precise gap between rotor and stator is strictly controlled within the micron level, ensuring stable and efficient shear force output each time.
According to different installation forms and working modes, high shear mixers are mainly divided into three mainstream types: batch high shear mixers, inline high shear mixers, and lifting high shear mixers, each with unique application advantages and applicable scenarios.
